Step 2: Please download the application form to apply for undergraduate admission on the Regular Academic Periods, Spanish Immersion Program or to request application for our Summer programs. Continue by filling out and sending the Application Form with your general information.

Step 3: Once your application request is received, the Global Education Office will send you course enrollment information to proceed with course pre-enrollment, housing information, while coordinating directly with your home university.  Students from universities without an exchange agreement with ULACIT can still apply and enroll as fee-paying students.

Step 4: Once a student is formally accepted into the exchange program and enrolled in the selected courses, students will receive a confirmation email from an academic advisor to proceed with payment information and coordinate travel and housing logistics.

You will receive a message from an academic advisor informing you about your admission process within 10 business days after your application date. Incomplete and unsigned forms will not be processed.

Step 5:  Once you have been accepted into the exchange program by receiving a confirmation email from an academic advisor, you must send the following set of documents at least 45 days before your expected starting date program. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.

Acceptance letters will only be provided after all the documentation and payments have been finalized.
