Download the first set of documents specified below, complete the information requested in each document using Microsoft Word Processor (once finished, print and sign them). Then, email them as a PDF file to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check the deadlines below for the submission of the required documentation:

You will receive a message from an academic advisor informing you about your acceptance/rejection within 8 days after your application date. Incomplete and unsigned forms will not be accepted.
Once you have been accepted into the exchange program (you receive a confirmation email from an academic advisor), you must send the following set of documents at least 45 days before your expected starting date program. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
Acceptance letters will only be provided after all the documentation and payments have been finalized.
