César Enríquez Caruzo has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from UMCA and a Licentiature degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Finance and Banking (UCR). Also, he concluded the Institutional Reforms Management Program (INCAE) and is currently pursuing a Master´s degree in Curriculum and University Teaching (ULACIT). He is a company evaluator for the excellence award that is conferred by the Chamber of Industries of Costa Rica and consultant with the rank of agent FINPYME (CIII-BID). He has occupied the positions of financial manager and director in several entities. He has more than twenty years of professional and teaching experience.
